“Linda Hancock has served as a consultant for credit card services for KSMG and our members, as well as small businesses downtown and around the metro Charleston community. I applaud her honesty and fair marketing practices, and recommend her to anyone interested in establishing credit card services or changing from an existing service that is confusing, overpriced or doesn’t communicate well.”
– Susan L., King Street Marketing Group
“Retail has encouraged us to grow into a national chain with multiple locations. Linda’s understanding of our needs for hardware and software has helped us make good business decisions and helped us contain our expenses with processing. This allowed us to focus into the growing aspect of our business and not waste time on the merchant decisions.”
– Neely P., Charleston Shoe
“I have been with Linda for over 10 years. She always keeps me updated on the newest laws, programs and equipment. I am current on all regulations and save money by using her services. I don’t have to worry about and IT issues as Linda is always there with answers to any questions that may arise.”
– Ric S., Dolittle’s Pet Store
“I run several nail salons around the Charleston area and have depended on Linda for all my merchant services to them. Educating me on the newest softwares and keeping me informed on all the new laws is one of the many reasons I chose Linda to be my merchant provider. Any issues that may occur and handled immediately with professionalism, courteous and integrity. “
– Quyen T., Aqua Nails
“Linda has helped me grow my business in the last two years in all sorts of ways. Learning about the merchant services has enabled me to make better choices on handling the processing world. Linda believes in her community and is always quick to refer and network with others and encourages such from her clients. I really believe I would not be where I am today, if I did not have Linda assisting me in all areas of my business. She truly cares about her clients and providing all the information to them so they are able to find the suitable option for the business. “
– Rita K., PAWSitive Concierge
“I have been working with Linda Hancock for several years now. I truly don’t know how we would have navigated all the new technical updates without her. I have two “mature” cashiers who have a hard time with change, and Linda has walked them through everything. She has even dashed over here on a Saturday to rescue a distressed cashier! I, too, have trouble with all this new technology..as witnessed by my lack of ability to send this letter “over the net!” Linda has been a true help to me and to my business.”
– Sandra Ellett – President, In and Out Carwash
“I have been using Linda and her team at Dezba for a few years now, and have been amazed at the level of knowledge and professionalism. She always goes above and beyond doing anything to get the job done- which makes my job of running a small business so much easier. To know that part of the business is in good hands really puts my mind at ease, and is truly invaluable. I’m looking forward to a very long partnership with Dezba to fulfill my processing needs!”
